The fruit for Beside Broke Road Dry Rosé was harvested in the cool of the night and left in the picking bins for a short time to allow the juice to pick up some colour from the skins. The Beside Broke Road Dry Rosé is salmon pink in colour and shows generous fruit flavours with a lovely mid-palate texture. The refreshing acidity makes this a great food wine, or simply a great drink on its own.
