The HFP-A27H is a 100% direct drop-in 255LPH assembly for the front tank on
1990-1997 Ford trucks, vans, and SUVs. If you are turbo charging,
supercharging, or building a stroker motor, the cleanest and most effective
way to increase fuel delivery is to upgrade both the front and rear tanks with
255LPH intank fuel pumps. The issue however, is that all 255LPH fuel pump
bodies are too tall to fit into the Factory Ford OEM fuel pump housing.
Additionally, the factory plastic assembly becomes brittle over time, making
it a poor platform for a 255LPH install. We start with a brand new OEM
replacement housing, then modify the assembly internals, remove the OEM
replacement pump motor, and install an HFP-255LPH high pressure pump in its
place. The installation is clean and proper, just the way Ford would have done
it if the 1990-1997 F-Series trucks and E-Series vans had been available with
